The Freelance Mum group coaching (live, online)

An online group coaching session where everyone has an opportunity to share what’s going on, work-wise, and ask both Annie Ridout and the group for support, guidance, wisdom and ideas. You’ll have individual support, as well as picking up tips from your peers. And we’ll set goals for the coming week. Date: Tuesday 10th October. Time: 10.00-11.00am (UK-time).

Out of stock

The Freelance Mum group coaching session is an opportunity to be in a space with other women who understand the specific challenge of working for yourself, around raising children.

I’ll share some coaching prompts to help you reflect on where you’re at – with work; with motherhood. We’ll talk about what’s working for you, as well as what’s not.

You can ask me – and the group – specific questions relating to your freelance career (and the ‘juggle’) and there will also be open discussion.

I’ll invite you to do some goal-setting for the coming week, and further ahead.

You can ask questions, seek guidance and develop new relationships with fellow freelancers and women in business.

Who am I?

I’m Annie Ridout. Entrepreneur, qualified coach and author of The Freelance Mum, Shy and Raise your SQ. My mission is to encourage women to reach for whatever it is that they need and want: rest, creativity, business growth, money, success, connection, bliss, nature.

I’m spending a lot of time on Substack at the moment, sharing essays, business tips (including how to start and grow your own Substack), coaching exercises and a podcast called Home. I love the platform. It feels supportive, collaborative and creative. It’s a great way to earn a living, as a writer.

This group coaching session is being launched in answer to all of my SQ guides telling me I need to be working with groups of women. At last, I’m taking their advice, while also following my own intuition. To bring women together in this way has long been a dream, I just needed to work out the format. This is it.
