I’m here to support you, help you to work through career challenges, set exciting business goals and answer any questions you may have, in terms of online business and growth.
I also have experience in coaching women going through burnout, and I approach productivity and goal-setting sensitively, for those who require a different pace.
As a mother-of-three young children – and with a multi-hyphenate career (journalist, author, CEO, coach, podcast host, poet, ‘Instagrammer’) – I understand what ‘busy’ looks and feels like, and I’m keen to promote a healthy work-life balance, always.
But I also understand the need – and desire – to earn good money, so we can set exciting goals around this, too.
Lastly, I like to bring in tarot, if you’re open to this, and other SQ (spiritual intelligence) tools that might guide you and add a little magic to our sessions.

Who am I?
I’m Annie Ridout. Author of Raise your SQ: Transform Your Life with Spiritual Intelligence, founder of this platform, certified and experienced coach and a freelance journalist for the Independent, Guardian, Telegraph, Grazia, Stylist and more.
I founded an online course platform in 2019 that turned over six figures in its first year (almost entirely profit). And I decided to bring those courses over to this platform, to combine my love of business with my love of ‘woo’ and SQ. The two together are a powerful combo.
My mission is to encourage women to reach for whatever it is that they need and want: rest, creativity, business growth, money, success, connection, bliss, nature.
I’ve worked with thousands of women over the past few years, through online courses and one-to-one coaching, and I’ve loved watching them transform from feeling unsure (but ready for change) to FLYING. Big things can happen when you feel seen, heard and understood. I can be that person for you.
