This is a meditation that I was introduced to recently.
The message I received was so profound.
I thought others might like to try it too.
You could put on some calming music in the background.
And it could also work as a journalling or creative writing prompt.
I’d love to know what comes up for you, if you fancy sharing.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
You might like to do this a few times, to ground yourself.
Now, imagine you’re going somewhere you’ve never been before.
When you’re there, look around.
What can you see?
What does it smell like?
How does it feel to be there?
On this journey, you meet someone.
Think about how they look, move and speak.
This person has a message for you.
Ask them to tell you what it is.
Give thanks and return.
